陳玟羽（Iveta Chen）為東方舞舞者、編舞家、教師及藝術總監，長年投入東方舞教學、舞蹈創作與舞台演出。她相信，舞蹈不只是身體的表達，更是一種跨越語言、文化與心靈的藝術交流。
Iveta Chen is an Oriental dance artist, choreographer, instructor, and artistic director dedicated to dance education, original choreography, and stage performance. She believes that dance is more than physical expression—it is an art form that connects people across languages, cultures, and emotions.

多年來，陳玟羽活躍於臺灣及國際東方舞舞台，並於韓國、日本、香港、澳門、新加坡及美國等地的賽事中屢獲殊榮。除了舞台演出，她亦長期投入東方舞教學、編舞、賽事評審與藝術策劃，持續推動東方舞的專業發展。
Over the years, Iveta Chen has performed and received numerous honors at competitions in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and the United States. Her work also spans teaching, choreography, competition judging, and artistic direction, continually advancing Oriental dance as a professional art form.

• 2012–2017年擔任「台灣東方舞公開賽」藝術總監
Artistic Director of the Taiwan Oriental Dance Open Competition from 2012 to 2017
• 曾受邀擔任台灣東方舞各大賽事評審（至2026年）
Invited to serve as a judge at major Oriental dance competitions in Taiwan through 2026
• 2019年取得IDTA國際拉丁舞教師證書
Earned an IDTA International Latin Dance Teacher Certificate in 2019
• 2007–2008年當選新竹竹塹公主第一名
First-place winner of the 2007–2008 Hsinchu Zhuchian Princess selection
